Key Question to Create a Culture of Experimentation

In order to create a culture of experimentation with your a/b testing, you have to know how you answer this key question. The challenge is that not everyone answers it the same way. Additionally, some may not like your answer. Depending on how you answer the question your conversion rate optimization efforts may be sabotaged or your answer to this question could your unspoken rally cry.
